Every RV rate on this page includes all four. There is no separate utility bill, and the number in the table is the number you pay.
Electric
In a West Texas summer this is the line that decides whether a cheap rate was actually cheap.

This is worth checking against whoever else you are considering. Rates in this market are usually quoted before power, so a $500 site down the road is not the same price as ours, it is $500 plus whatever the meter says in August. Our monthly workforce stays are built around exactly this: one rate, one bill, no surprise at the end of the month.
Every RV site also comes with 20, 30 and 50 AMP hookups and gated access. Laundry is on site in its own building, at $2.00 a load.
Weekly and Daily Stays
A weekly RV site is $145 and a daily site is $45. Both are all bills paid, same as the monthly.
There is no minimum stay. Weekly works for a crew rotating through on a short job, daily works when the schedule is not settled yet, and neither one locks you into anything. If the job turns into a season, the monthly rate is the better deal by a wide margin and you can move onto it.
Sites that fit oversized rigs and equipment are the same sites our contractor guests use alongside our RV and vehicle storage.
Covered Sites
A covered RV site is $750 a month against $500 for a standard site. The cover is a metal carport canopy over the space.
Only some of our RV sites are covered, so call to check what is open.
Housing Units
We also have 8 housing units, separate from the RV sites. These are for people who are not bringing a rig at all.
Housing is call for rates, because pricing depends on the unit and quoting one number here would be wrong for most people who ask. What we can tell you up front is the deposit: $500 on housing units. RV sites take no deposit at all.
